Bag House Filter

Bag house filters are high-efficiency fabric filter dust collectors that capture fine particulate matter from industrial flue gases and process exhaust. Our bag house filters are manufactured with heavy MS casing, pulse-jet cleaning mechanism, and high-temperature filter bags suitable for temperatures up to 200°C. Available in compartmentalized modular design for easy maintenance. Efficiency up to 99.9% particulate removal. Compliant with GPCB / CPCB emission norms. Widely supplied to chemical, pharmaceutical, and textile industries across Ankleshwar, Bharuch, and Vadodara.
Wet Scrubber

Wet scrubbers remove particulate matter and soluble gases from industrial exhaust streams by contacting the gas with water or scrubbing liquid. Effective for both dust and gaseous pollutants such as SO₂, HCl, HF, and NH₃. Our wet scrubbers are manufactured in MS, FRP, and SS construction depending on application. Suitable for handling sticky, hygroscopic, and corrosive dust where dry collectors are not applicable. Widely used in chemical, dye, and fertilizer plants across Gujarat.
Electrostatic Precipitator

Electrostatic precipitators (ESP) use high-voltage electrostatic charge to capture fine dust particles from flue gases with very high collection efficiency (up to 99.5%). Our ESPs are manufactured as wire-plate type dry ESPs in rigid frame construction with automatic rapping systems. Suitable for large-volume flue gas streams from coal-fired boilers, cement plants, and steel plants. Fully compliant with CPCB stack emission standards. Custom electrode design and collecting field configuration available.
MDC (Mechanical Dust Collector)

Mechanical dust collectors (MDC) are simple gravity settling chambers or momentum separators used as pre-cleaners ahead of bag filters or ESPs to remove coarse particles from flue gas. Our MDCs are manufactured in heavy MS construction, available in single-pass and multi-pass designs. Low pressure drop, zero moving parts, minimal maintenance. Ideal as primary dust collectors in coal-fired boilers across Gujarat industries.
Cyclone Separator

Cyclone separators use centrifugal force to separate dust particles from gas streams without any moving parts or filter media. Manufactured in heavy MS or wear-resistant construction, our cyclones handle high-temperature and high-dust-concentration gas streams efficiently. Available in standard and high-efficiency designs. Suitable as standalone collectors for coarse dust or as pre-cleaners upstream of bag filters. Widely supplied to rice mills, chemical plants, and boiler installations across Gujarat.
Multi Cyclone Separator

Secondary air fans supply overfire air for completing combustion above the fuel bed. Designed for medium-pressure, high-volume air supply. Available in various configurations to suit stoker-fired and fluidized bed boilers.
